Florentine Room – a central gathering area for Florentine Social Events with a fully equipped kitchen.  It is also available for rent by residents for personal functions.

OUTSIDE AMENITIES

The clubhouse houses the Florentine office and many amenities such as:

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

The tennis courts are located next to the clubhouse and are maintained in pristine condition. Pickleball striping was added to the east court. The striping allows for either side of the court to be used (two separate games at once) or use the tennis net to play a single game. Bring your paddles and balls, nets are provided.

RV Storage

All residents have access to RV storage with electrical hookups. There is a minimal monthly charge and rules/procedures for appropriate storage/parking.
